RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Pierre Cardin Canada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Pierre Cardin Canada reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final Sale products.
- Clearance or liquidation merchandise.
- Gift Cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized items.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at phi@ecobrandsinternational.com.
- Include your Order Number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item was damaged during transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products will undergo an inspection upon arrival.
Once approved, we will notify you via email regarding:
- Refund approval, or
- Exchange approval, if requested.
Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Additional processing time by your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same product (subject to availability).
- Defective merchandise.
- Incorrectly shipped products.
If your preferred size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 - 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number.
- Photos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Upon verification, Pierre Cardin Canada will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
