Cameras are NOT installed in:
- Washrooms
- Changing rooms

5. Use of Surveillance Footage
Recorded footage is used strictly for the purposes outlined in this policy, including:
- Investigating incidents (e.g., theft, safety concerns)
- Supporting internal audits and loss prevention
- Assisting law enforcement where legally required
We do not use surveillance footage for:
- Monitoring employee performance in a continuous or intrusive manner
- Any purpose unrelated to safety, security, or legal obligations
6. Disclosure of Information
Video footage may be disclosed:

- To insurers in connection with claims
- To legal advisors or regulators when required
We do not sell or share surveillance footage for marketing or unrelated purposes.
7. Retention of Footage
Video recordings are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill their purpose.
- Standard retention period: up to 60 days
- Footage related to an incident may be retained longer for investigation or legal purposes
After this period, recordings are securely deleted or overwritten.
8. Safeguards and Security
We implement appropriate safeguards to protect surveillance data, including:
- Restricted access to authorized personnel only
- Secure storage systems
- Password-protected or encrypted systems where applicable
Employees with access to footage are trained on privacy and confidentiality obligations.
9. Individual Rights
