1. Sponsor. This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by [Sponsor legal name], [address] ("Sponsor").
2. No purchase necessary. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family/household are not eligible.
4. Contest period. The Contest runs from [start date/time] to [end date/time], local time. Predictions for a match close at kickoff (and at the latest [X] minutes after kickoff).
5. How to enter. During the Contest period, complete the prediction form, provide the required information, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and submit. Limit: one account per phone number; predictions may be updated until a match locks.
6. Skill-testing question. To be declared a winner, an entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question.
7. Points & winner selection. Points are awarded as published on this page (+10 per day of participation, +50 exact score, +20 correct outcome, +10 per valid referral after a minimum of 2, +200 correct Champion pick). Winner(s) are the eligible entrant(s) with the highest total points at the end of the Contest period; ties are broken by [tie-break method].
8. Prizes. Grand prize: 1,000 CAD cash plus one year of Pierre Cardin products and a Champion 2026 certificate; additional stage and instant rewards as described on this page. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and no substitution except by the Sponsor.
9. Winner notification. Selected entrants will be contacted by phone and must respond within [X] days, confirm eligibility, and answer the skill-testing question. The Sponsor may select an alternate if a selected entrant cannot be reached or is disqualified.
10. Personal information. Information collected is used to administer the Contest and as described in the Privacy Notice below.
11. General. The Sponsor may amend, suspend or cancel the Contest if it cannot run as planned. By entering, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability to the extent permitted by law. The Contest is governed by the laws of [province] and applicable federal laws of Canada.
12. Not affiliated. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FIFA or any football organization.
What we collect. Your name, phone number, email address, your match predictions, your Champion pick, referrer's phone (if provided), your consent choices, and the date/time of entry.
Why. To administer the Contest, calculate scores, display a leaderboard (with your phone number masked), contact you by phone or email about prizes and customer care, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing communications by SMS, phone or email.
Consent. We rely on your consent given on this form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see below); withdrawing the required consent means we can no longer keep you in the Contest.
Storage & cross-border transfer. Entries are stored using Google Firebase. Data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Canada (including the United States) and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Retention. We keep entry data only as long as needed for the Contest and follow-up, then [retention period], after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Phone numbers are masked in public displays.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Anti-spam (CASL). Marketing messages are sent only with your express opt-in and always include an unsubscribe option.
